Our enrollment process is simple and designed to give families clarity, confidence, and support from the very beginning.Launch Academy offers a structured, faith-based learning environment focused on early academics, classroom readiness, and individualized attention.

WHO CAN ENROLL

One-Year Program
Children must be 4 years old by August of the enrollment year.---Two-Year Program
Children must be 3 years old by August of the enrollment year.---Enrollment is limited to maintain small class sizes.Placement is based on availability.

WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL LEARN

Our curriculum is designed to build strong academic and social foundations that prepare children for a successful transition into kindergarten.---Children will develop skills in:Early reading and phonics
Letter recognition and beginning sounds
Writing and fine motor development
Number recognition and basic math concepts
Classroom routines and listening skills
Social development, confidence, and independence---All instruction is delivered in a supportive, age-appropriate learning environment that encourages curiosity, growth, and a love for learning.

TRADITIONAL PRESCHOOL

Monday-Thursday
9:00 AM – 1:00 PMOur preschool program provides a structured classroom experience focused on kindergarten readiness, routine, and daily learning.Launch Academy follows all Clay County School closings and scheduled breaks.

EXTENDED CARE OPTIONS

Early Extended Care
7:15 AM – 9:00 AMAfternoon Extended Care
1:00 PM – 3:00 PMEvening Extended Care
3:00 PM – 5:00 PMChildren must be enrolled in our Preschool Program to be eligible for Extended Care.
Children attending extended care must bring a lunch.

Launch Academy is a preschool program designed for children preparing to enter kindergarten the following fall. We focus on building strong academic foundations in reading, writing, and math while developing confidence in every child.Families choose Launch Academy for a smaller, more individualized environment where children receive the attention they need before entering a full classroom setting. We provide a structured, supportive environment that prepares students academically, socially, and emotionally for kindergarten.

PAST. PRESENT. FUTURE.

Launch Academy began in 2013 in Pam Fischer’s basement with just six children. What started as a small, intentional learning environment has grown into a thriving program serving over 60 students, including extended care options for working families.Launch is an accelerated preschool program led by dedicated instructors who put children first. One-on-one and small group instruction is a cornerstone of our approach, allowing each child to progress with confidence. Children also have the opportunity to pray before snack, reflecting our supportive, values-based environment.Launch Academy continues to evolve to meet the needs of today’s learners. We now offer a computer lab to support early technology skills and are proud to be the only preschool in Clay County that implements the IXL program, just as Clay Community Schools do.

LEADERSHIP & STAFF

Caitlin Cuffle has been part of Launch Academy since 2020. She successfully built and led the Extended Care program and now also serves as the Math teacher, bringing structure, consistency, and strong academic focus to the classroom.Kameko Bennett has been teaching at Launch Academy since 2022. She began working in remediation, transitioned into reading instruction, then kindergarten teaching, and now serves in the reading room, focusing on early literacy and foundational reading skills.Emily Trout has been volunteering with Launch Academy for nearly three years, supporting classrooms and staff wherever help is needed and playing an important role in the daily success of our students.Together, this leadership team is committed to continuing Launch Academy’s mission and taking the program to the next level.
